Business:
  • Secured rights to 1938 London Cafe brand known internationally which hosts an annual event with over 200,000 people from over 42 countries. Destination restaurant and event space in downtown Orlando featuring concert venue, Oklahoma Joe’s franchised restaurant, and additional locations forecast in the future.
  • Management team including executives from Hard Rock Cafe, Disney, Pyramid Pizza and Jimmy Buffet -“Margaritaville.”

  • Previously developed 1914 Main Street in the Crossroads District converting a surface parking lot into 44 new modern loft apartments.
Presenters:  Scott W. Richardson (BA Stanford, Masters Harvard) formerly led West Coast acquisitions for JPI and Archstone, two major national-scale developers of apartments and mixed-use projects and Andrew C. Ganahl (BA Stanford, Masters Harvard) former senior executive with the U.S. Department of the Treasury (TARP program) and Wasserstein Perella & Co.'s technology M&A practice.

  • Provides integrated offerings including natural gas fuels at its public access stations, fueling facility services, and vehicle services.
  • Current customers include (among others): Waste Management, Southwest Airlines, Dillon Transport, Noble Energy, UPS, Coca-Cola, Halliburton, state and local governments.
Presenter:  Paul Nelson (CEO, MS University of Colorado), He previously built a company in this space and sold it to T. Boone Pickens in 2003, which is now traded on NASDAQ as CLNE.
