Derek Guemmer is an independent contractor with MCG and has 20 years of business law experience involving mergers and acquisitions, the private placement of securities and franchise law. Mr. Guemmer’s practice includes the preparation and negotiation of contracts, the formation of business entities, loan documentation and transactional work. Mr. Guemmer previously practiced at Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal as well as Bryan Cave, LLP. Mr. Guemmer received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in Kansas City, Missouri and received his B.A. in Business Administration from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. Mr. Guemmer is licensed in Missouri, Kansas and New York.
